March 28, 2009 was an incredible day for Potomac River Bass Fishing. Mike Hall hauled in a five bass limit that weighed 17.8 lbs and his non boater Russ Jewel had almost 16 lbs. The 17.8 lb stringer landed Mike 3rd place in his first tournament of the 2009 season. Mike and Russ caught over 30 fish throughout the day and at least half of them were 15+ inches.
